Platform

A governed intelligence platform, built for the agentic era.

Four products. One governed architecture. From capturing institutional knowledge to deploying agents that operate on commercial data with full audit trail.

01

Cortx

Context Ware — capture, govern, and exploit institutional knowledge.

Your organisation's expertise is its most valuable asset. But without infrastructure, it stays locked in documents, in people's heads, in silos that AI tools and agents can't reach.

Cortx is Context Ware — the infrastructure layer that sits between AI tools and organisational knowledge, like firmware sits between hardware and software. It captures institutional expertise into structured, version-controlled context packages, governs them through review workflows and role-based permissions, and deploys them directly to Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and any MCP-compatible system.

Knowledge is organised into five governed types — Skill, Method, Policy, Reference, and Package — each with distinct deployment rules and permission models. Draft-first workflows ensure nothing auto-publishes. Content Managers — the domain experts who own knowledge accuracy — review and approve before anything goes live.

Cognitive Twins bring your knowledge to life: conversational interfaces grounded in your institutional expertise that answer questions with citations tracing every response back to its source. Not the internet. Not generic training data. Your organisation's knowledge.

Capabilities Context Packages • Cognitive Twins • MCP • Version Control • Governance • Five Content Types
02

Xtract

AI-powered extraction — audit-grade intelligence from complex documents.

Complex documents contain critical knowledge — obligations, controls, requirements, commercial terms — but it's locked inside formats your systems can't interpret.

Xtract transforms unstructured document corpora into structured, governed data with full traceability. Two modes: extract tacit knowledge into Cortx context packages, or extract commercial intelligence into iCML-structured records for The Bridge. Every extraction carries provenance metadata. Every output is audit-grade.

Capabilities Document Intelligence • iCML • Controls & Obligations • Audit Trail • Provenance
03

The Bridge

Commercial resilience — governed containers for commercial relationships.

Commercial relationships are governed by obligations scattered across contracts, emails, and institutional memory. The Bridge brings them together.

Deal Rotors are enterprise-grade governed containers — one per commercial relationship — that surface obligations, assign ownership, track gaps, and manage counterparty interactions. Each new participant expands governance reach. Every change is logged. Every obligation has an owner.

Capabilities Deal Rotors • Obligation Governance • Supplier Ecosystems • Counterparty Management
04

Nexs

Analyst workbench — conversational analysis on governed commercial data.

Nexs is a reactive analyst surface that renders commercial and knowledge state from The Bridge and Cortx. Ask questions across your governed data. Generate reports with tiered citations — Authoritative, Institutional, and Working — so you always know the provenance of every insight.

Capabilities Tiered Citations • Report Generation • Deal Rotor State • Knowledge Synthesis
Architecture

One governed architecture. Four integrated products.

Cortx, Xtract, The Bridge and Nexs share one governed substrate. Knowledge, commercial data, extraction, and analysis flow between them as one system — not four point tools stitched together.
